The story

The origin of the room

Behind closed doors and velvet shadows lies a place held still in time. GURU was conceived as the private salon of an enlightened traveler, a sage of hedonistic spirit and eccentric character who returned from distant lands with ancient elixirs, hard-won knowledge and an innate taste for the exquisite.

A sanctuary of silk shadows, aged spirits, and magnetic frequencies, where music becomes invocation and shadows dissolve into the night.

Within its walls, centuries converge and pleasures reveal themselves. A perpetual ritual, where every detail is a secret waiting to be savored.

The bar

Signature cocktails

GURU's signature cocktails are born from craft spirits, arcane ingredients and stories lived in faraway lands. Each has its technique and its measure, and a story the menu only hints at. The secret is not in the recipe, but in the patience.

Between shelves and shadow rest the house's relics, a curated collection of whiskies, gins with botanicals of origin, aperitifs and spirits that pay tribute to the art of distillation. Beside them, the menu keeps classic cocktails, wine, beer, Italian sodas and mocktails.
